An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 09/04/2024 . The on-site inspection began at 12:40 pm and ended at 2:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 57 children present and 15 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 staff records [on-site]. This inspection included ? document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), ? tour of the facility, ? interviews and ? observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
