An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 9/15/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office relating to an allegation regarding the physical plant.
The inspector observed the classroom in question and discussed cleaning and sanitizing schedules for classrooms in the program. The inspection included observations and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
