Inspector Notes

An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today.
All rooms are in ratio during the inspection. Children were observed resting quietly in most rooms.
Infants were observed playing and being fed.
The infant playground, emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, menu, cot spacing, hand washing, medications and injury reports were all reviewed.

Based on a review of records, a written record of attendance did not accurately document the arrival and departure of children.
Evidence:
The Pre-K classroom attendance sheet documented 13 children present. There were only 12 present. One child had been marked present all day that was not there.
Plan of Correction: I will have staff do ahead count throughout the day to make sure the sheet is accurate.
