Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/25/2024 and completed on 9/25/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:15am and ended at 10:54am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 132 children present and 24 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center is required to obtain annual parent confirmation that the required information on the child's record is up to date.

Child #1's last annual update of their record was outdated by 1 year and 11 months.
Plan of Correction: Parent was contacted today to complete the annual update.

When food is brought from home the food container must be clearly dated.

Three children's food containers in the Ponies room were not dated.
Plan of Correction: Corrected during the inspection. Will follow up with the teachers regarding dating all lunch bags and will address it during our staff meeting today.
