Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/17/2025 and completed on 9/17/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:09am and ended at 11:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 120 children present and 26 staff. The inspector reviewed ten children?s records and ten staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1Staff E was using the diaper changing table to complete administrative tasks. A binder and documents were placed on the diaper changing surface.
