REPEAT VIOLATION
Behavioral guidance must be constructive in nature, age and stage appropriate, and must
be intended to redirect children to appropriate behavior and resolve conflicts.
On 11/10/2025, during the transition from lunch to nap time, Staff #1 was sweeping the floor when Child A (age 3) attempted to pick up and eat food from the floor. In response, Staff #1 strongly pulled the child upward by the collar of the shirt to prevent the child from accessing the food. This method of physical redirection was not constructive, age or stage appropriate, as it involved physically pulling the child by their clothing for behavioral guidance.
