Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today beginning at 3:10pm. At the time of entrance, 36 children were in care with 3 staff members present. The physical space, evacuation drills, attendance records, medications, 2 children's allergy plans and Staff certification for CPR/First Aid and Mat training were reviewed. Ratios were in compliance and required documents were posted. The site was clean and organized. Interactions between the children and staff were positive. The children were observed checking in when they arrived, washing hands, eating snack and reading books. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Evidence:
