Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today at 8:00am. There were 24 children directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, playing on electronics, and dismissing to school. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. No violations were cited during today's inspection.
