Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today at 10:20am. There were 27 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff required training records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed transitioning to play outside and playing outside on the blacktop with balls and jump ropes. Additional staff were inside preparing a carnival party for the children when they returned. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
