Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/24/22. The center had a full day program on that day. 21 children were present with three staff. The children were busy playing games, doing art and hanging out. Gym games were also observed during the inspection. Reviewed 4 children's files as well as medications at the center.
