Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/5/24 from 3:00-3:55.
The center had 20 children present with three staff, when a 4th staff arrived from break two staff left. Leaving the center with 20 children and 2 staff. The children were busy doing lots of child directed and teacher directed activities. The center showed a movie and snack was also observed. Lots of interaction between staff and children.
A violation notice was given to the center along with this inspection summary.

Repeat Violation.
Based on the review of staff information at the center, the center has no emergency contact information or information regarding any allergies for any staff at the center.
Evidence: after review of three center staff files and interview with staff, No emergency information could be located for staff.
Plan of Correction: We will make sure we fill out paperwork for all staff.
