Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 4/1/2025 and completed on the same date, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:00 and ended at 12:50 The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 22 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on site. This inspection included, document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and a violation is documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center shall maintain a record of the emergency drills conducted monthly.

The center does not have any records of drills conducted this school year.
Plan of Correction: I accidentally turn in the paperwork I had for emergency drills to my supervisor at the main office. I will get the paperwork back from him.
