During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 9/10/25 and completed on the same day, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 16:00 and ended at 16:50. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 31 children present with 3 teachers. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household members records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2The center shall implement a monthly practice evacuation drill.
The center did not conduct a drill in August 2025.
The center has no records of the two shelter in place drills and lock down drill for the last year.
