Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/10/2022 between the hours of approximately 9:30 am and 12:00 pm. There were 117 children present, ranging in ages from 17 months to 6 years, with 16 staff supervising.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on record review, the center did not ensure that documentation of negative tuberculosis (Tb) screening for each employee met all requirements.
Evidence:
1) The documentation shall have been completed within the last 30 calendar days of the date of employment. The Tb screening form in Staff #1's (start date 08/25/2021) record was dated 108/05/2021.
Plan of Correction: Employee will repeat Tb test.
