An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 11/12/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:45am and ended at 10:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 67 children present with 14 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site on 11/12/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Staff #1 had a sworn statement on file that expired 2 months ago.
