Inspector Notes

A unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on August 9, 2021. An allegation was received in the Office of Child Care Health and Safety regarding physical health of the caregiver as well as physical environment and equipment. During the investigation the provider and her assistant were present as well as two household children and eleven non-household children for a total of 31 points. Based on the preponderance evidence during the inspection, there were no violations cited and the complaint is deemed not valid. Inspection documents were emailed to the provider on August 10, 2021.
