Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/11/2022. There were 10 children, ages 8 months- 4 years totaling 25 points and 2 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records, 2 caregiver records, 1 household member record and 2 medications were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
