Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 10/02/2023. There were 12 non-resident children and 1 resident child, ages 3 months-4 years, totaling 34 points, and 2 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, household members, caregiver training, physical environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies, nutrition, and background checks. A total of 5 children?s records and 4 caregiver records were reviewed. The children were observed in organized group activities, in free choice play and having lunch. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:50 am and departed at 12:30 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
