Inspector Notes

An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/07/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 10:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 20. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 3 caregiver records, and 1 household member record. The inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A tuberculosis screening/test is required every two years from the date of the last screening/test.

An updated tuberculosis screening/test for Caregiver 2 was not completed and was overdue by 2 months. An updated tuberculosis screening/test for Household Member 1 was not completed and was overdue by 14 months.
Plan of Correction: Will get them updated.
