Inspector Notes

An unannounced on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 04/11/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:40 am and ended at 10:55 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 27. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 4 caregiver records, and 1 household member record.

The inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Child-resistant protective covers shall be installed on all unused electrical outlets accessible to children under five years of age.

There was an uncovered electrical outlet that was accessible to the children (ages 15 months-4 years) in the bathroom.
Plan of Correction: Will keep covers in the outlets.
