Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 07/30/2024 from 11:55 AM to 12:30 PM. There were five children present, ranging in ages from three years to five years, with two staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and procedures. A total of five children?s records and five staff?s records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
