Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the director from 9:40 am to 12:40 pm. Seventy-six children were present with 13 staff providing supervision. The ages of the children ranged from 2 months to 5 years. Children were observed outside on the playground, circle time in the toddler classroom where the children were singing baby shark, infants playing on the floor and napping in their cribs.Two vans were inspected during this inspection as well as medications for 7 children, 6 staff and children's files and 4 allergy care plans. The areas of non compliance are outlined on the violation notice.
Violations
5Evidence:
Child A did not have an immunization record on file. Child A was enrolled on 10/9/23.
Evidence;
The Licensing Inspector observed a fan high on an upper shelf in the Preschool IA room, The cord to the fan was hanging in reach of the children in that classroom therefore presenting a potential hazard of a child pulling on the cord and the fan falling on top of a child(ren).
Evidence:
The Licensing Inspector observed spray bottles of sanitizing agents in the kitchen on a cart. The door to the kitchen was open. The Licensing Inspector observed a disinfectant spay unlocked and on a sink in the City Place bathroom.

There were 3 cribs, two of which were occupied and all 3 cribs were touching each other on the service sides of the cribs.

There was no parental authorization for an inhaler for child B or an allergy medication for child C
