This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol including telephone contacts, documents review, and interviews.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted to investigate a self report received by The Department related to Behavioral Guidance at the center. The inspection was initiated on 8/13/2021 and concluded on 9/17/2021 with an exit interview. The evidence gathered during the inspection did not support the allegation of non-compliance with applicable standards or law and no violations were issued to the program.
