Inspector Notes

An unannounced focused monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm with the center director. There were 74 children, ranging from seven weeks to 12 years of age, present with 12 staff supervising. Infant care was observed, and older children were observed finishing lunch and napping. The school age children were playing with a variety of age-appropriate toys. Four child records and four staff records were reviewed along with the written daily attendance, written allergy list, seven medications and authorization forms, two allergy care plans, and the medication log.
