Inspector Notes

An unannounced focused monitoring inspection was conducted from 1:00 - 4:00 pm with the center management. There were 65 children, ranging from two months to four years of age, present with nine staff supervising. Infant care was observed, and older children were observed napping. The written daily attendance, written allergy list, four medications and authorization forms, four child records, one new staff record and the medication log were all reviewed.

Based on review of one staff record, it was determined that not all staff completed orientation training no later than seven days of the date of assuming job responsibilities, as required.
