Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 2:15-4:15 pm with the center director. There were 60 children, ranging from three months to five years of age, present with ten staff supervising. Children were observed napping, waking, eating snack and playing in centers. Snack served today: soft pretzels and cheese cubes. Six child records and six staff records were reviewed, along with the written daily attendance, written allergy list, eight medications and authorization forms, four allergy care plans, the emergency drill log, fire and health inspections.
