Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 07/23/2024 and completed on 07/23/2024, to follow up on previously cited violations and to ensure compliance with all components of the Compliance Plan. The on-site inspection began at 1:40pm and ended at 3:40pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 81 children present and nine staff. The inspector reviewed seven children?s records and seven staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
