A complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on 12/13/2022 in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 11/29/2022 regarding alleged noncompliance in the areas of supervision, and programming. The inspection began at 3:00 pm and concluded at 4:15 pm.
