Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on June 6, 2024 at 10:06 am until 1:00 pm. There were 67 children in care and 16 staff supervising. There was observations of the children in care in assigned cribs, completing tummy time, engaged and participating in circle time activities, working in centers, bathroom breaks/handwashing, transitioning indoor, eating lunch, and interacting with staff and peers. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program

Based on review of records and interview, the center did not ensure all agent of an applicant for licensure undergo background check in accordance with subsection B and every five years thereafter.
