Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:30am-10:00am. There were 8 children directly supervised by the provider. The home, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed watching a children's program on the television. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
