An announced inspection was completed on February 3, 2025 in response to a planned relocation of the licensed program.. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 10:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present.
This inspection included: a tour of the facility, and observations.
