An unannounced inspection was initiated on 10/27/2025 and completed on 11/6/2025 with a local agencies in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/22/2025 relating to allegations of special care provisions and emergencies. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
