Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/21/2026 and completed on 1/27/2026 with local agency in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 1/13/2026 relating to supervision. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 1 staff record on-site 1/14/2025 and 1 staff record on-site on 1/21/2026. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
