Inspector Notes

A self reported unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on January 20, 2023 with other local agencies and ended on February 14, 2023 regarding a three year old child being care and protection in the facility and on the playground. Staff interviews, staff and child records, written documentation, daily activity schedule, were reviewed and observation of the classroom of three year old's was completed. After carefully interviewing all parties, there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation regarding care and protection.
