Inspector Notes

A self-reported complaint was received in the licensing office on July 7, 2023 regarding care and protection of a three-year-old child. On July 19, 2023, an on-site investigation was conducted. Other local agencies were involved in the complaint. Interviews were conducted, documentation was received, and observations were made.

At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
