Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on February 22, 2022 regarding allegations of parent involvement. he inspection was initiated on September 21, 2022 at approximately 11:50 AM and was completed on October 18, 2022. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed.

The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. See the violation notice for more details.
