Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on September 12, 2023 regarding allegations of inadequate diaper changing policies and procedures.The inspection was initiated on November 8, 2023 at approximately 2:15 PM. Observations were made in the center and documentation was reviewed. On January 19, 2024, the inspector interviewed an additional teacher.

The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection
