Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/03/2025 and completed on 11/03/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:57am and ended at 1:40pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 70 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed seven children?s records and seven staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
