Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 10/26/2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. in response to a complaint that was received by the Valley Office on October 19, 2022 regarding retaliation, staff qualifications and ratios. There were 37 children present, ranging in ages from 7 months to 4 years old, with 12 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision. A total of 8 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be ?not valid.?
