Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 10/03/2023 from 10:15 AM to 12:10 PM. The complaint was received on 10/03/2023 regarding administration, staff qualification and training, staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and emergencies and special services. Four staff members were interviewed and eight classrooms where observed.

Information gathered during the inspection supports at least one of the allegations and the complaint was determined to be valid. One complaint related violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
