Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, and documents review.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/26/2022 and 1/27/2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 6 children present with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
