Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 7/14/2025 and completed on 7/15/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:50 AM and ended at 1:25 PM.. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 4 caregivers; the point total was 23. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 6 caregiver/household members records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 7/24/25. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.
AMENDED REPORT - one violation was inadvertently left off the inspection report.

Providers must obtain a completed national criminal background check prior to the employee's first day of employment.
Staff #1, who had been employed for two months, did not have a completed national criminal background check prior to employment.
Plan of Correction: Staff #! had a background check. it just needed to be updated. Effective immediately, Staff #1 stopped work until an updated background check completed.

The provider must request a search of the central registry prior to the employee's first day of employment.

Bottles shall not be heated in a microwave oven.
A bottle was heated, in a microwave, for an infant during the inspection.
Plan of Correction: My new staff in training warmed regular store bought milk in the bottle in the microwave. Immediate training will be provided.
