Inspector Notes

An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted on October 16, 2023 and concluded on October 16, 2023. Upon arrival at 12:00 PM there were a total of 7 children under the care of 1 caregiver present. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 household/staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on inspection, the Provider failed to ensure indoor slides and climbing equipment is not over bare floor.

EVIDENCE:
The indoor climbing/sliding equipment was positioned over ceramic/vinyl bare floor.
Plan of Correction: Provider will install foam mats underneath the indoor climbing/sliding unit.
