Am unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on February 21, 2024 from 11:15 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. Upon arrival there were 40 children, ages 4 through five, in the care of 6 staff. Five children and four staff records were reviewed.

Based on record review, the facility failed to obtain repeat fingerprint checks for one staff member.
Evidence:
1.Three staff records were reviewed.
2. Staff #1 did not have documentation of obtaining updated fingerprint checks. Last fingerprint check was documented 8.06.2018.
3. Staff confirmed repeat fingerprint checks had not been obtained.

Plan of Correction: Staff #1 will obtain fingerprints as soon as possible. Results will be sent to the licensing inspector once received.
