An unannounced, on-site Code compliance inspection was initiated on 2/10/2026 and completed on 2/18/2026. The on-site inspection began at 8:50 AM and ended at 10:20 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 25 children present with 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records onsite and 5 staff records electronically on 2/12/2026. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations
