Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a remote tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 8/2/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a remote inspection was conducted. There were 17 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 5, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of 2 children's records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
