Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 25 2023 between 12:30pm and 2:00pm. Children were observed napping during the inspection. A review of the facility, children's records, staffing records, evacuation drills, and the menu was conducted. A citation is listed on the violation notice.
