An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 11/13/2024 as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:30am and ended at 12:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 9. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household member(s) records. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
