Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A subsidy inspection was initiated on 03/15/2022 and concluded on 03/18/2022. The director was contacted by video call to initiate the inspection. There were 29 children present and 5 staff. The Inspector reviewed 3 staff records and 3 childrens submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
