Inspector Notes
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on 11/14/2022. There were 66 children in attendance and a total of 12 staff present. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children in each classroom when appropriate. The center?s van, playground, medication and all classrooms were inspected today. Six children?s records and six employee records were reviewed during this inspection. There were violations found during today?s inspection.
A complete licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
